2. THE EMAIL for confirmation needs to be yours please.  

3. The CUSTOMER/DELIVERY section is the recipient/ person receiving the delivery. Please fill their details accurately

4. AFTER CREDIT CARD details section please UNCHECK the BILLING ADDRESS "same as delivery" section  

5. The BILLING ADDRESS is you, the customer ordering.
