FLORAL + PRODUCE AVAILABILITY

The main ethos of our business is to care for our earth. The best way to do this is to use synthetic chemical free flowers & produce that's in season locally & from our micro plot in the Blue Mountains.

For this reason, it is of the upmost importance the client understands there is no specific floral or vegetable choice or colour requests available, we work with what’s available to us on the day of your order that aligns to the value of your order.

DELIVERY

Eco, with Love offers direct home delivery of seasonal flowers, produce, local gifts & unique hampers to THE BLUE MOUNTAINS, PENRITH, HARTLEY & LITHGOW REGION'S only.

All deliveries take place the  NEXT DAY if order is placed before 5pm, 7 Days a week. 


We leave your order on the doorstep (somewhere safe) if no one is home to receive. & this is apart of our terms of service. We take a photo & contact you ASAP to let you know your items delivery status. If you do not agree to this, please contact us directly before placing your order. We are not held responsible for your product once it has been delivered.


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO FORGO THE DELIVERY IF THERE IS A LOCKED GATE, DANGEROUS ANIMAL OR ANY SITUATION THAT COULD BE UNSAFE FOR OUR DELIVERY COURIER. We will contact you immediately if this situation occurs to re-schedule your plan. Re-delivery fee will be invoiced to cover expenses.

It is the responsibility of the client to make sure all delivery details provided are correct, if you have provided incorrect details resulting in our courier making a second delivery trip the second delivery will be re-invoiced to cover our expenses

RETURNS POLICY 

Given the nature of our products being perishable, we do not offer returns.

We encourage you to contact us at ecowithlove@gmail.com immediately if you have experienced any issues & we will work with you directly to rectify.

Please be aware of our seasonal & colour availability SHOP POLICIES before purchase to prevent any disappointments.

SHOPPING CART INFO

We need both the recipients address + your details if we need to contact you with any delivery questions. 

THE SHIPPING ADDRESS is the person receiving the gift 

THE BILLING ADDRESS is you, the customer ordering the gift.

KATOOMBA PICK UP 

We offer NEXT DAY contact free collection from our studio in Katoomba. 

Product will be ready approx 24hrs of placing your order between the business hours of 9am-5pm, 7 DAYS A WEEK (unless closed, see any special closing dates here)

Please select studio pick -up at check out & we'll be in touch ASAP to confirm your order collection time.

PLEASE WAIT FOR YOUR CONFIRMATION OF PICK UP TIME before arriving at our studio. 
> We have a strict timed pick up schedule (every 20 mins)
> Please only move forward if you will be able to collect when a pick time is allocated to you that day 
> We will contact to ASAP to confirm your slot

> No -pick up's after 6pm
