HOW DO I COMPLETE THE RIGHT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?

We need both the recipients address + your details if we need to contact you with any delivery questions.

CAN I CHOOSE MY FLOWERS & COLOURS?

In short, No. The main ethos of our business is to care for our earth. The best way to do this is to use synthetic chemical free flowers that are in season on our micro plot in the Blue Mountains.
For this reason, it is of the upmost importance the client understands there is no specific floral or vegetable choice or colour requests available, we work with what’s available to us on the day of your order that aligns to the value of your order.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME?

YES! Please add your time request below your gift card message in the “add a note; section at checkout.

We will do our best to meet that time requirement & contact you immediately if there's anything that needs discussing. Please make it known if you are ordering to a business address so we may adhere to their opening hours. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We have two safe payment options being Afterpay & all major Credit card via the secure platform STRIPE

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Given the nature of our product being perishable, we do not offer returns for change of mind. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns. Thank you

DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF THE BLUE MOUNTAINS?

At this stage only the Blue Mountains, Penrith & Lithgow for all of our products.  

We welcome tailored quotes for hampers containing our non-perishable items for national shipping. Please contact us directly via the contact form

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

YES! We offer contact free collection from our studio in Katoomba. 

Product will be ready between 2-4hrs of placing your order between the business hours of 9-7pm, 7 DAYS A WEEK (unless closed, see special closing dates here)

Please select studio pick -up at check out & we'll be in touch ASAP to confirm your order collection time. 

PLEASE WAIT FOR YOUR CONFIRMATION OF PICK UP TIME before arriving at our studio. 
> We have a strict timed pick up schedule (every 20 mins)
> Please only move forward if you will be able to collect when a pick time is allocated to you that day
